
The Far South Coast Landcare Association is seeking to fill the position of Community Seedbank Coordinator for one day/week for 1-2 years. The Coordinator is responsible for collection, storage and cataloguing of local provenance native seed, supply of seed to local nurseries and landholders for propagation, liaising with Landcare staff and other government agencies and training for community groups in seed collection, propagation techniques and native plant information when requested. Strong plant identification skills are essential. The successful applicant must have their own vehicle and a current driver’s licence.
