It has developed two draft Bills which are open for public comment until\u00a0<strong>28 June<\/strong> 2016 at 5pm. These\u00a0are:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/biodiversity-ss.s3.amazonaws.com\/Uploads\/1462186512\/Biodiversity-Conservation-Bill-2016.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" data-wpel-link=\"external\" rel=\"external noopener noreferrer\">Draft Biodiversity Conservation Bill<\/a>\u00a0(PDF, 755KB)<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/biodiversity-ss.s3.amazonaws.com\/Uploads\/1462186519\/Local-Land-Services-Amendment-Bill-2016.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" data-wpel-link=\"external\" rel=\"external noopener noreferrer\">Draft Local Land Services Amendment Bill<\/a>\u00a0(PDF, 394KB)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The Biodiversity Conservation Bill is for a new Act relating to the conservation of biodiversity. It will repeal the Threatened Species Conservation Act 1995 and the animal and plant provisions of the National Parks and Wildlife Act 1974 and will amend other Acts and instruments.<\/p>\n<p>To submit your feedback on the proposed reforms, visit the NSW government website by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.landmanagement.nsw.gov.au\" target=\"_blank\" data-wpel-link=\"external\" rel=\"external noopener noreferrer\">clicking here<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The website provides submission guides with specific questions to help you provide feedback on the reforms.
